GroundedVote is an initiative of RhetoricalPoints LLC, built out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Origin
GroundedVote grew out of RhetoricalPoints — a civic accountability platform designed to score and analyze public political speech for rhetorical integrity. The bias-detection architecture developed for RhetoricalPoints became the foundation for GroundedVote's question generation pipeline.
The founding question was simple: if we can detect bias in political speech, can we generate questions about that speech that contain no bias? Can we give voters a neutral mirror?
The answer — built across a three-pass multi-model AI pipeline — is the foundation of the GroundedVote methodology.
